TRAVEL GUIDELINES
Trip rates are determined by zip code and include a 20% gratuity and gas surcharge.

Twenty-four hour notice for reservation guarantees service.

Trip cancellation/modification requested is a minimum 2 hour notice by phone to avoid trip charge.

Surcharge of $15.00 added for pick ups between
12:00 AM and 4:59 AM.

No run (no show) is a charged trip with added $25.00 fee.

Hourly rate of $75.00. (Two hour minimum, driver sit and wait)
Pick up and drop (cross-town trips) $60.00 minimum.

Additional stops for a minimum charge of $15.00 per stop.

Gas surcharge currently of $6.00 per trip. Surcharge will vary based on price at the pump.

Surcharge of $15.00 will be applied for driver to sit and wait beyond 15 minutes of reservation time.
No guarantee driver can wait. Additional charge per 15 minutes, plus gratuity.
Not charged on airline arrival times.

Making a reservation shows that I have read, understand and accept the terms of these travel guidelines.
